Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Polyflux service available at polyflux.io (the "Service"), operated by Nuralis Technologies, IFZA Business Park, DDP, 001 - 85955, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Trade License No. 85955 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or making a payment you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Polyflux delivers a real-time data feed derived from public Polygon-blockchain transactions related to the Polymarket prediction market. We resell access to that feed via authenticated WebSocket endpoints. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Polymarket or its affiliates. The data is provided on a best-effort basis and is not investment, legal, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide a valid email address and verify it.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your API key — anyone in possession of the key can stream data on your account.
• One trial per person/email/payment instrument. Attempting to circumvent this (multiple accounts, throwaway emails, repeated cards) may result in termination without refund.
• You must not use the Service in any jurisdiction where the activities of Polymarket or related prediction markets are restricted in a way that makes your use of the Service illegal.

3. Free trial

We offer a 24-hour free trial of the data feed at our discretion. The trial does not require a payment method. At the end of the trial period your access to the data feed automatically stops; no charge is made and no card is captured. To continue access you must subscribe to a paid plan.

4. Subscription, billing & renewal

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown on the pricing page at the time of checkout.
• All payments are processed by Stripe and charged in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You will receive an email receipt for each successful charge.
• You can cancel at any time via the customer portal (link in your welcome email or in your account). Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If a payment fails, Stripe will retry over several days. Your API key may be temporarily disabled during that window. Repeated failure will cancel the subscription.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; price changes only take effect at the next renewal.

5. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but already-paid periods are not refunded except where required by mandatory law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days and we will review the case in good faith.

6. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the API key or the raw feed without our written permission.
• Use the data to harm, dox, or harass any wallet owner.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or any other security control.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law (sanctions, securities/gambling regulations, etc.) or any third party's rights.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with no refund.

7. Data accuracy & availability

The Service relies on third-party blockchain infrastructure that we do not control. We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that:

• Every Polymarket trade will appear in the feed
• The feed will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• The data is suitable for any particular purpose, including trading decisions

7.1 Upstream changes & scheduled maintenance

The Service depends on the Polygon blockchain (RPC nodes, validator infrastructure, network upgrades and hard forks) and on Polymarket's smart contracts and matching infrastructure. When any of those upstream systems is upgraded, migrated, or otherwise modified, we are required to update Polyflux in turn to remain compatible. These upstream changes are outside our control and may, on occasion, cause:

• Short, planned maintenance windows during which the data feed is paused or restarted
• Brief unplanned downtime while we deploy a compatibility patch in response to an unannounced upstream change
• Temporary gaps, delays, or anomalies in the data while a migration is in progress

We will make reasonable efforts to schedule planned maintenance outside peak hours and to communicate it via email or a notice on the Service. By using the Service you acknowledge that downtime caused by upstream changes is a normal part of operating on third-party blockchain infrastructure and does not, on its own, constitute a breach of these Terms or entitle you to a refund.

You assume all risk arising from your use of the data, including any financial loss.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, the polyflux.io website, and all related software, documentation, and visual design are owned by Nuralis Technologies and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own internal business or personal purposes during the term of your subscription. Underlying blockchain data is public and not owned by us; aggregated, normalized, enriched, or derived versions of it that we provide ARE our intellectual property.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuralis Technologies' total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost trading opportunities, or data loss, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Nuralis Technologies and its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of any third-party right.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continued operation would expose us to legal or regulatory risk. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and emailing [email protected] to request data deletion.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or notice on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, except that we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
